Charlie Deppen is a ceramics major with a focus on sculpture and a passion for throwing. A lifelong artist, they began pursuing ceramics in 2023 after falling in love with wheel throwing. Over the course of the last two years, Deppen has moved into exploring emotional and personal themes through sculpting with porcelain and mixing over a hundred separate glazes.
